Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order details and reason for return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return or refund.
